It is our intention to provide our guests with a professional beauty, health and metaphysical/spiritual services. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular guests of Neweon.

I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment.

In our commitment to provide health, beauty and metaphysical/spiritual experiences to all of my clients and out of consideration for Neweon, we have adopted the following policies:

PURCHASES
Any purchases through Neweon, via online, through our store link, special deal pricing, or in-person are valid for only 1 year from date of purchase. No roll-overs. No refunds of unused sessions.

REFUND POLICY
We do not give refunds. Once a service has been purchased through us, we will not issue a refund. If a service has been purchased through Groupon, we are not responsible for their refund policy. We do not issue refunds for Groupons.

ARRIVAL TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. All services have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. This gives us enough time to fill the slot. If you fails to cancel within 24 hours multiple times (2 or more), you will be asked to pre-pay for future services. Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours may be considered as a No Show and will be subject to those conditions.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when my schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.

NO SHOW POLICY
Failure to show for appointments you’ll be asked to pre-pay for future services. It is important that I’m compensated for reserved time slots. We will charge you the price of the session if you do not show up. If you are using a Groupon, your session will be forfeited and the Groupon will be marked as redeemed or used for that session. No make-up sessions or refunds allowed.

INFORMED CONSENT
Prior to certain services, the plan of the session may be discussed with you. Our online form has some of our policies and will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the service related policies and procedures. Clients who we have not seen for at least a year will also be asked to fill out this form.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

• We have the right to refuse service to any client or any person for any reason.
• Aggressive behaviors will not be tolerated.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONVERSATION

• The discussions that occurs during your session is confidential.
• We are happy to listen to your conversation and share our professional expertise. We prefer to not discuss topics of a political, private or sexual nature.

EXISTING AND NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS

• It is the responsibility of the client to keep the professional informed of any medical treatment currently being taken.

ASTROLOGY AND PSYCHIC READINGS
All calculation and/or advice/interpretations are intended for research or entertainment only. No guarantees, implied warranties, or assurance of any kind are given. Neweon and any third party vendors will not be responsible for any interpretations made or used by the recipient (you) of the information and advice mentioned. We are not and no one is 100% accurate, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy on information/advice we give. Scheduling an appointment with us, means that you adhere to this agreement.

We use the exact text and other information you enter in our online form to produce a custom product. Double check your entries. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, false or incorrect customer data.

ADDITIONAL NOTICES FOR GROUPONS

Booking appointment after Groupon expiration means the promotional value is forfeited. You can still redeem a Groupon for the amount paid. But, you will be held responsible to pay rest of the total value of the type of service in order to receive that service. Cancellations after expired Groupon will result in being held responsible to pay rest of the total value of the type of service in order to receive the service. Any payments required, will be requested before starting the session.

Groupon appointments are to be scheduled online only.
